For nearly 50 years the International Fellowship House has served a small population of international students living in the Boston area. 100% of the rent collected from these students goes back into making the IFH an incredible place to live. The IFH offers daily meals, yearly retreats and fun events at minimal or no cost to each of the residents. The experience that residents get by living at the IFH is truly one of a kind! Many students walk through these doors and immediately feel a sense of comradery they haven't felt since coming to the US. The IFH is a safe place for discussion, sharing mutual experiences, frustrations and joys. This is more than just a boarding house --- it is a welcoming community of people from all over the world! 

 

In 2015 we cast a new vision for the IFH and we want you to be a part of it! Over the next 50 years, we plan to expand our reach beyond the walls of the IFH and create more programming for a larger population of international students in the Boston area. There are over 25,000 international students in Boston alone! 

 

The IFH has shaped the lives of hundreds of students!

 

The rent money collected each month covers all the basic needs of the IFH. However, this home was built in the late 1800's and there are constant updates and renovations needed to create long term sustainability for this home. We welcome your partnership in keeping the IFH open as a vibrant, safe place for international students and scholars for another 50 years!

 

Your contribution to the annual fund also helps us reach a broader international student population in Boston by building in more programming and expanding our building space.

The annual fund keeps the IFH running smooth and pays for important expenses like food, house bills, staff and resident programs and retreats.
